Orders are placed by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the ordering process. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it.
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
